We provide complimentary returns within 14 days, ensuring a full refund without any inquiries.
Each order we receive holds significant value to us. Our aim is to ensure that our customers feel completely supported throughout their journey with Louise Victoria, which encompasses our Returns and Refunds policy.
When you purchase from Louise Victoria, you are acquiring a piece of furniture that is uniquely yours. Every item produced is made-to-order and tailored to your specifications. We implement policies and procedures that are designed to enhance value for our customers. Consequently, we do not accept returns on made-to-order items unless they are defective or incorrect.
Should you discover that your made-to-order bedroom furniture is faulty or that an incorrect item has been delivered, please contact our Customer Services Team within 14 days of delivery. We offer free returns for your product and will endeavor to resolve your issue or facilitate the return process.
We will strive to address your concern by either issuing a full refund or providing a replacement.
Any damages must be reported via email within 24 hours.
\We may request that you send us photographs of any damage or imperfections to determine the most appropriate course of action.
In instances where a return is necessary, you will need to disassemble your product for our team to collect. We kindly ask that the item be returned in the same condition as received, along with its original packaging.
Returns will be processed from Monday to Sunday, at a time that aligns with our ongoing delivery schedule.
REFUNDS
We will process your refund as soon as you let us know that you would like one or from the date that we receive your item back in stock.
Orders not yet delivered will be refunded within 7 days* of notification.
Orders that have been delivered and returned will be refunded within 7 working days* that after we receive your return into stock. We will refund your purchase price.
For security reasons, you will be refunded on the card or payment method that you used to place your order.
FAILED DELIVERIES
If you are not available in person to accept on the delivery day and 4-hour slot we have agreed with you. All redeliveries will respect our rolling delivery schedule, van capacity & availability in your local area.
EXCHANGES AND REPLACEMENTS
If you have any issues with the bed, I.e. any manufacturing faults or damaged items upon arrival. In that case a brand new replacement part will be sent out to you with the earliest possible delivery slot free of charge and without any extra cost
CANCELLATIONS
If you’ve placed your order online, it can be cancelled within 24 hours of it being placed. Please email us with your order reference number within 24 hours of placing your order and your full refund will be issued We’ll make sure to refund you within 14 days from letting us know. You’ll be refunded on the card or payment method that you used to place your order.
